I’m an operational and product-minded engineer with 10+ years of experience delivering software across fintech, cloud security, and SaaS. I connect customer signals to measurable improvements, using analytics and quality engineering to accelerate customer value.

At Plerion, I identified customer friction in the cloud onboarding journey through Amazon RUM and redesigned the workflow to a three-click experience. I applied the SIMPLE product framework to reduce UX debt, partnered with Customer Success and Engineering to prioritize improvements, and modernized test automation by migrating from Cypress to Playwright with TypeScript. I also designed and built a self-hosted E2E reporting platform (Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, React) and created an automated E2E triage service to identify and measure flaky tests, while validating over 100 cloud security detections across AWS and Azure. I coordinated production incident resolution involving an AWS Bedrock model deprecation.

Previously at Bitsbeat, I led end-to-end delivery of Everly Market, a PCI-compliant US fintech marketplace, from concept to launch. I facilitated client discovery sessions, translated requirements into product scope and delivery plans, managed integrations with Great American Finance, Greenwave Finance, and FCF Pay, and coordinated Engineering, QA, and client stakeholders to drive on-time delivery. I mentored team members and improved collaboration across product and delivery teams.

Earlier roles strengthened my QA fundamentals—test planning, automation, tooling evaluation, and cross-team release quality—across agile teams. I thrive in remote-first environments where stakeholder management, process optimization, and consistent delivery outcomes matter most.
