I’m a finance professional with 20+ years of experience leading administration, finance, management control, and compliance across various countries, especially in complex and multi-entity environments. I’m hands-on and detail-oriented, with strong technical accounting expertise to drive finance both strategically and in execution.

As a strategic partner to management and Boards of Directors, I’ve owned IFRS reporting, financial planning, and governance for entities with turnover up to €300 million. I’ve also provided financial oversight for multi-billion-euro EPC projects, combining commercial insight with disciplined governance.

In my current role as an Independent Financial Consultant (May 2022–Present), I direct private capital allocation and use Python and AI-powered tools to build proprietary models that optimize asset allocation. I also design risk governance frameworks to limit maximum drawdown and protect capital through hedging strategies.

Earlier, as Finance Manager and Board Director for Saipem SpA (Apr 2011–May 2022), I led EMEA-wide finance oversight for clusters of entities (turnover €300 million) and served as Finance and Compliance representative in international joint ventures. I improved forecasting accuracy by 5%, ensured strict compliance with internal control frameworks (L.262/SOX-equivalent), and built and developed international finance teams up to 15 people.
