I am an International Finance Director with 20+ years' experience across finance, administration, control and compliance, with deep exposure to Oil & Gas EPC projects and financial/tax sectors. I have a track record optimizing cash flow, financial performance and achieving audit and governance objectives in complex, high-stakes environments.

I have led multi-company operations, joint ventures and consortia, managed statutory and consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and M&A activities, and maintained strong relationships with Boards, regulators and tax authorities. My roles have included CFO and board membership in international assignments across Norway, France and Algeria.
