What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a finance function at both strategic and execution levels—driving IFRS reporting, FP&A, and governance/compliance for complex international projects, with hands-on control of cash flow, forecasting, and internal controls.

I’m a finance executive and board-level leader with 20+ years of experience running accounting, finance, controlling, governance, and compliance across international, multi-entity environments. I bring strong technical accounting expertise, with deep IFRS reporting capability and hands-on oversight of EAC monitoring, milestone cash-flow management, and budget variance control for major EPC projects in energy, LNG, pipeline, offshore wind, and drilling.

In my current self-employed role, I advise on FP&A, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and corporate finance—automating analyses with Python and AI-powered tools to improve decision-making efficiency. Previously at Saipem, I led finance for clusters of entities with turnover up to €300 million, improved forecast accuracy by ~5%, negotiated banking facilities exceeding €50 million, and ensured robust governance and compliance through effective internal controls, completing external audits with zero non-conformities.
