At M Nicolosi Advogados, I advise corporate clients on compliance, corporate governance, risk management and integrity matters. I support the design and implementation of compliance programs and conduct integrity due diligence for M&A transactions.
I also support internal investigations and anti-corruption and AML matters, alongside data privacy, intellectual property and technology-transfer work.
At GE Vernova, I delivered compliance training on data privacy, intellectual property and company policies, and helped organize Integrity Week, including three online talks that each reached an average of 100 employees. I supported the Code of Conduct rollout and tracked program KPIs.
At GE Vernova, I also conducted third-party due diligence and audits, reviewed commercial contracts in English, and built an automation to streamline contract review. I passed the Brazilian Bar Exam and am completing my Bachelor of Laws at Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas.
