I've supported business-critical banking applications at Bank of America, including credit-card decisioning, rewards, affinity-partner, and referral workflows.
I use Oracle, MS SQL, Splunk, and Dynatrace to investigate application and data behavior, validate outcomes, and perform evidence-based root-cause analysis. I resolved a complex application-call failure by tracing it to a JVM hung state associated with thread pooling and coordinating corrective action.
Alongside application support, I contribute to development and automation using Python, HTML/JavaScript, Excel, and AI-assisted development with Claude. I've also initiated and delivered self-driven improvement initiatives and translate technical findings into clear stakeholder discussions and management demonstrations.
I'm growing my data and AI practice through Python, SQL, pandas, exploratory data analysis, machine-learning concepts, and practical projects. I also share AI/ML concepts in plain English and am interested in applying analytical problem-solving to real-world data and LLM applications.
