I'm looking for endpoint security, compliance, or security operations work where I can improve endpoint health, automate patching, investigate compliance gaps, and support SLA-driven enterprise security operations.

I monitor, diagnose, and remediate issues across CrowdStrike Falcon EDR/XDR, DLP, Enterprise Privilege Management, Cisco Security tools, and BitLocker. I use HCL BigFix to automate patch deployments, troubleshoot failed installations, reinstall corrupted clients, and analyze deployment logs.
