I want to work in an EDR/XDR and SOC environment where I can own incident response, malware investigations, and vulnerability remediation—using policy tuning, endpoint hardening, and SLA-driven workflows to improve overall endpoint security posture.

I’m an Endpoint Security Engineer with 4+ years of experience administering EDR/XDR and running 24x7 SOC operations. I focus on malware investigation, threat analysis, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven incident response across enterprise environments.

In my current role at Deloitte, I monitor and investigate endpoint security incidents across 85,000+ endpoints using Palo Alto Cortex XDR. I’ve led remediation of approximately 15,000 malware detections through policy tuning, exclusions, endpoint cleanup, and validation, while managing Cortex XDR deployment, agent upgrades, and USB device control.

Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I administered CrowdStrike Falcon, Cortex XDR, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, McAfee ePO, and McAfee Encryption across 70,000+ endpoints. I also performed Rapid7 InsightVM vulnerability scans, prioritized remediation by CVE severity, and achieved zero outstanding critical vulnerabilities after validation rescans while supporting endpoint hardening and end-to-end incident investigations.
