I’m a Chartered Accountant (ICAN) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), currently serving as Head of Internal Audit/Compliance (HOD) across Sanima Group companies. I lead internal audits for 9 different companies, guide teams of aspiring Chartered Accountants/ACCAs, and built practical governance assets like an Internal Audit Manual (2025).

I bring deep banking finance and treasury experience—leading department functions in the absence of the HOD as second man, strengthening internal controls, and driving IFRS/GAAP reporting. I’ve also contributed to Central Bank reporting checks, MIS/profitability analysis, budgeting (including zero based budgeting), and key operational analytics.

My work extends into governance and technology assurance: I’m an IS auditor with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Lead Auditor training, have led IT GAP assessments against ISO 27001 Annex A controls, and performed IS audits and risk-based internal audit programs. I’m motivated by one core belief—controls succeed when teams understand the system-level reality—so I focus on strengthening accounting processes, IT controls, and GRC frameworks while staying ahead with cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and AI innovations.
