I’m looking for a role where I can lead transaction monitoring and AML/KYC investigations, strengthen risk compliance, and coach teams—delivering accurate SAR/SMR/UMR filings and continuous process improvements.

I’m a Transaction Monitoring professional with 11 year 09 Months experience handling Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) / Suspicious Matter Report (SMR) / Unusual Matter Report (UMR) filing. I specialize in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).

I use a risk-based approach to conduct data analysis and analytics in order to identify unusual customer activities and escalate red flags. I also perform Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) checks, including KYC onboarding checks and sanctions-related reviews.

In my current Team Supervisor role, I lead Transaction Monitoring investigations end-to-end—covering ECDD / CDD processes, reportable activity creation, alert resolution within SLA, and escalation procedures. I run internal QA checks and peer reviews, provide training to analysts, maintain a skill matrix, and share daily client reporting (MIS, workflow, breach tracking) for continuous process improvement.
