At MetLife, I manage end-to-end trade funding and fund settlement processes within bank syndication frameworks, ensuring accurate and timely execution. I build and maintain reconciliation models in Aladdin to monitor security holdings and real-time positions, identify variances between internal records and platform data, and remediate discrepancies through corrective actions like wire transfers and fund re-allocations.

I also partner across Front Office, external Agents, and senior stakeholders to resolve high-value discrepancies and maintain high service levels under tight deadlines. Previously at Provana India Pvt Ltd, I performed monthly book-to-bank reconciliations, built AR trackers and variance/aging reports, and improved accuracy through QA reviews and process training—work that continues to shape how I approach process improvement and automation today.
