My work includes solving loss of denial issues that contribute to high payments for clients, conducting periodical checks for insurance low/over payment, and escalating when needed. I prepare reports (A/R balance by payer, collection analysis, monthly summaries, and insurance pending reports), educate other team members on recent billing updates, and ensure my team completes tasks within 24 hrs (maximum 48 hrs).
