I am a data-focused professional with hands-on experience building structured Excel dashboards and analytics-driven reports to track multi-state projects and monitor SLAs.

At BRINS I managed repair and operational workflows for Bandhan Bank across New Delhi, coordinated vendors and internal teams, and communicated with clients to ensure timely issue resolution.

Since early 2023 I have been preparing for competitive government examinations while upgrading my analytical and data-processing skills through professional certifications.

I hold a BCA and completed the Google Data Analytics and Google Business Intelligence professional certificates, and I seek to apply my reporting, visualization, and SQL skills in a data analyst role.
