Pioneered agentic commerce by integrating Google AP2 and OpenAI ACP to build a multi-agent payment system connecting the Java Spring Boot backend to LLMs for secure, transparent conversational commerce. Architected AI automation that integrates PagerDuty, Splunk, and Slack to automate on-call reporting and proactively reduce MTTR.
Built backend capabilities for Sumo Query Language, including an autocomplete service and LLM-driven query assistance to reduce the learning curve for new users. Engineered an LLM recommendation/debugging pipeline and a LLaMA-based SQL query summarization system to streamline onboarding and complex query use.
Spearheaded the Flex Migration project introducing a Flex billing model based on log scans from Sumo Query Language, improving Jenkins billing operations and customer satisfaction.
