I’m looking to continue delivering large-scale infrastructure and realty projects—owning end-to-end planning, risk, cost, and vendor coordination, while ensuring government approvals, compliance, and measurable outcomes in challenging environments.

I am a results-driven retired General Manager with over 38 years of expertise in Project Management and Realty Management in WEBEL, a West Bengal Government organization. I lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including Construction Professional Management, Asset Management, and coordination with Government Departments—driven by consistent results in challenging environments.

I have successfully constructed and managed over 30 multistoried buildings and spearheaded the creation and operation of 22 IT Parks and other multi-storied structures. I also managed Rental Space Management and marketing of built-up spaces to optimize revenue streams, while streamlining Government Liaison and coordination for project compliance, approvals, and fund arrangements.
