At APM Terminals (Maersk Group), I planned vessel loading and discharge operations with carriers, stevedores and shipping agents. I monitored container flows and analysed operational data to identify trends and support capacity planning.
When delays, cargo disputes or non-conformities disrupted operations, I coordinated with the parties involved and proposed solutions in real time. I also worked to ensure compliance with ISPS, IMO and other safety, security and regulatory standards.
Earlier, I supported vessel agency processes at COMATAM Shipping Agency (OCP Group) and monitored maritime operations at Tanger Med Port Authority. I hold a Master's in Maritime Business Management and am looking to bring a data-driven, service-focused approach to transport network planning in Valencia.
