At Zyp Technologies, I built QA infrastructure for Pakistan’s first battery-swapping electric mobility platform and own end-to-end testing across fleet management, billing, web, iOS, Android, and IoT-connected motorcycles. I established test plans, defect lifecycle workflows, release criteria, and sign-off processes while maintaining zero critical production defects.
I also test BillSpree’s B2B/B2C billing lifecycle, uncovering high-severity payment integrity issues and supporting a major architecture overhaul with zero post-release production incidents. Earlier at AugAI, I led client discovery, documented requirements, coordinated delivery, and mentored a QA intern.
