At TD Gestão por Resultados, which I founded, I work as a Director, Organizational Consultant, and Clinical Psychologist. I consult on People Management and Competency Management, including organizational diagnosis and workplace climate management.
I implement mental health programs in organizations and work with psychosocial risk management. I also develop leaders and teams through behavioral assessments and human development programs.
My work includes creating corporate training, workshops, and talks, as well as strategic talent hunting. For hiring, I map markets and identify and attract professionals for strategic positions using competency-based and behavioral assessments.
I also provide clinical psychotherapy for young people and adults, and serve international clients online and in person. My background includes a doctorate in Social Psychology and an MBA in Technology for Business.
