What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to apply business analytics, data analysis, and application development skills while learning new tools, collaborating with a team, and delivering clear, practical solutions.

I've built a customer churn prediction system at Tunisie Telecom, analysing customer data to identify subscription-cancellation risk, evaluating a prediction model, and deploying it as a working tool.

I presented findings through clear dashboards for business teams, combining business analytics with practical data visualisation and communication.

At Promosport, I designed and developed a sports betting application from stated requirements through delivery. Working with a team and regular supervisor reviews, I met every deadline.

I'm a Business Analytics master's graduate from ESPRIT School of Business with a foundation in Business Computing and Business Information Systems. I bring methodical case handling, attentive listening, professional responsibility, and fluency in Arabic, French, and English.
