At SOS Global, I coordinate international airfreight, domestic and Canadian LTL and FTL movements, and shipping for film and production materials. I support high-profile events including Roland Garros, the Olympics, NHL Playoffs, FIFA World Cup, and Super Bowl.

I monitor IATA, TSA, and dangerous goods compliance while helping clients navigate CARM and the complexities of international shipping. I also work with overseas colleagues to maintain project timelines, oversee client budgets, and improve routing efficiency.

I create departmental SOP training documents and use Outlook, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint to streamline day-to-day processes.

Before logistics, I managed operations, budgets, scheduling, vendor relationships, contracts, inventory, and staff development as General Manager at The Bern Bar and Grill. My customer-service background helps me build strong client relationships and keep fast-moving operations on track.
