Maithili Kambli

I’m a Sports Management postgraduate student (IISM) with hands-on experience coaching, judging, and coordinating large-scale multi-state sporting events, including the Khelo India Beach Games. I’m nationally and internationally certified as a rhythmic gymnastics judge, and I bring strong organizational and stakeholder-coordination skills to fast-moving environments.

In my role as a Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach (part-time / flexible, 2–4 hours daily), I plan and deliver training sessions that build athlete skill, discipline, and performance readiness. I also manage schedules and communicate with athletes and parents, strengthening the habits I use for remote coordination and client-facing work.

As a State Liaison Officer for the 1st & 2nd Khelo India Beach Games, I served as the primary point of contact for state teams and organizers. I coordinated across multiple States and Union Territories while managing athlete logistics, venue coordination, registrations, and documentation—resolving on-ground issues in real time to keep operations smooth for participants and officials.

I’m now looking for remote or flexible opportunities where my sports management background can support operations, coordination, administration, or athlete/client-facing roles. I’m especially effective at clear communication, leadership, teamwork, and creative problem-solving when requirements shift during live events.
