At The ROI Labs, I developed and launched a full-stack MVP to production, from architecture through deployment. I now maintain and support the platform, built with Next.js, Hono, Neon, Vercel, and Clerk.

At Merqueo, I grew from Quality Assurance Lead to Head of QA and then Software Engineering Manager. I managed a team of 10 engineers through a critical restructuring, kept an online sales channel generating COP $800M+ in monthly revenue running, and directed the technology transfer to an external acquirer.

Earlier, at Domicilios.com, I implemented E2E test automation and DevOps practices that contributed to a 99% success rate in production deployments. My background also includes QA consulting, software testing, and IT project engineering.
