What I'm looking for
I’m a Domain Trainee in P2P Vendor Management at Genpact, acting as an SME to coordinate vendor management tasks, ticket/request handling, and escalation support. I work closely with business requestors and vendors on day-to-day operations, while also preparing process metrics and supporting data preparation for monthly dashboards.
Before this, I worked as a Process Developer in P2P AP and Vendor Management, handling invoice verification and payment requests, vendor account setup/updates, and allocations and reporting. I’ve also built experience in Commercial Underwriting and Policy Processing within US insurance back-office operations, including quote/policy work, endorsements, quality checks, and knowledge transfer; I’m Lean Certified and have received Genpact awards.
Experience

Coordinate vendor management activities, including ticket and request handling, email queue management, and escalation. Support operations using Workday, Coupa, and Salesforce, and contribute to process metrics and dashboard data preparation.
Process and verify invoices and payment requests by assembling, reviewing, and uploading invoices into the AP system. Support supplier processing, including creating and updating vendor accounts, and contribute to allocations and reporting.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and support new process transitions. Assist underwriters by creating quotes for bound/declined submissions, generating quote/policy numbers, and renewing or declining policies, while performing quality checks and maintaining process documents.
Handle US insurance back-office policy processing on a daily basis and issue endorsements for mid-term policy changes. Support knowledge transfer and perform quality checks on colleagues’ data entry as part of allocations and reporting.
