I posted insurance and patient payments, followed up on outstanding claims, and contacted insurers about denials and rejections. I identified causes and resubmitted corrected claims for reprocessing.
I also verified patient information, coding, and documentation, and maintained confidential patient records. Earlier, I supported NGO community programs and taught at Johar Public School, Rajanpur.
