What I'm looking for

I'm open to fully remote roles across the EU, as well as roles in the GCC.

As a self-employed Fractional CTO and AI & Digital Transformation Consultant, I set technology strategy and architecture for three startups, scoped MVPs, and supervised vendors and in-house engineers working within seed-stage budgets.

I architected and shipped production generative AI systems, including RAG retrieval over a 2,800+ document knowledge base, structured-output LLM content generation, and an automated text-to-speech pipeline using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs.

I built a server-to-server attribution system matching event logs with third-party webhooks, and worked alongside a client's engineering team on Amadeus integration and hotel-booking APIs. I also ran carrier-billing subscription offers on STC, Mobily, and Zain, including the backend billing-validation code.

Previously, as Technology Director at Jathwa, I owned technical solutioning and delivery of carrier-integrated products for telecom operators, from requirements through production release. At Mobile Channels Company (MCC), I led technology teams as CTO after building backend services and iOS and Android apps as a Senior Full-Stack Developer.
