At RWS, I design across the SaaS product suite, including the RWS HAI translation/localization platform and RWS IP Solutions portal for patent workflows.
I'm leading research and redesign of a self-service portal spanning HR, Payroll, and IT for customer-facing and admin-facing experiences. I conducted interviews across employee, manager, and leadership personas and turned findings into research insights and information architecture diagrams.
At GTET (Greater Than Educational Technologies), I was the sole designer for nLearn and nLearn Kids, the learning application and website built for Narayana School. I owned UI/UX design from concept through final UI for students and young children.
My earlier work as a Junior Interior Designer at RK Consultancy covered spatial planning, layout design, and client-facing presentations. That background informs my spatial, systems-first approach to digital product design.
