At Gainsight, I designed and implemented an MCP server that lets AI agents query customer KPIs, dashboards, and data-lake metrics through structured tools, with schema validation and scoped permissions. I also architected a pub/sub bulk operations service that sustains peak throughput of 10M+ records per hour.
I built Gainsight’s JIRA integration service from scratch and revamped analytics dashboards with 40+ customizable KPIs. Earlier, I built the data-lake foundation, delivered four self-serve connectors, and developed ETL pipelines using Python, PySpark, and AWS.
