For Motilal Mutual Fund, I led two data lake migrations from on-premise MS SQL Server to AWS with zero data loss and minimal downtime. I built Spark pipelines on EMR that curate data into Apache Iceberg and Apache Hudi tables on Amazon S3.
For Bandhan AMC, I owned delivery of GCP data lake pipelines for mutual fund transaction and reference data. I developed near-real-time ingestion using Pub/Sub and Dataflow, with analytics-ready datasets delivered to BigQuery.
I improved Spark performance by 60% through partitioning, caching, broadcast joins, and query optimization. I also built a Sales Scorecard System that automated daily incentive calculations across three business segments and four hierarchy levels.
