At Param Infraspace Construction Company, I worked on the Param Shree Row Bungalow Project, a 20,200 sq. ft. residential development comprising 18 units. I supervised construction activities and coordinated workers across contractors and subcontractors.
I planned daily concrete requirements and developed MS Excel estimation tools for beam, column, and slab quantities. I also performed ASR-based rate analysis to support estimation and cost-related assessments.
My site work included concrete slump and cube tests, cement and brick quality checks, and coordination of electrical and plumbing activities. I also supported site safety requirements and maintained project documentation.
