At Star Health and Allied Insurance, I build high-volume REST APIs and backend services for partner integrations, lead management, and BFF services. I work with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis to support communication across microservices.
I've built Kafka producers and consumers, scheduled batch jobs, authentication and authorization, and Redis caching for high-traffic services. I also built an event-driven notification system with three microservices, idempotency controls, retries, and DLQ recovery.
