I'm pursuing a Master's in Molecular Life Sciences at the University of Hamburg, focused on structural biology and computer-aided drug design.
Through Cryo-EM training at the Centre for Structural Systems Biology and DESY Hamburg, I've worked with plunge freezing, Leica GP2, Vitrobot, Arctica, and Krios sample loading and screening.
I've supported Cryo-EM data acquisition and processing in CryoSPARC, from particle picking and 2D classification to ab initio 3D reconstruction and homogeneous and heterogeneous refinement.
My research and laboratory experience includes roles at altona Diagnostics, the University of Hamburg, and the Thünen Institute, alongside work in X-ray crystallography, molecular docking, and structure-based drug design.
