At RVR Projects, I vet and draft MoUs and commercial agreements for infrastructure and government projects. My agreement reviews identify gaps such as missing dispute resolution clauses, inadequate indemnity provisions, and non-compliant termination terms.
For Agaro New Atom, an RVR group entity, I drafted corporate compliance policies covering social compliance, equal opportunity, DEI, and child labour and young worker remediation. I also drafted POSH and ESG documentation, legal notices, show cause notices, and replies to complaints and contractual disputes.
At Quislex, I reviewed approximately 1,000+ legal documents per day under LPO-standard protocols, flagging risks and checking alignment with international regulatory frameworks.
