I am a product-focused Business Analyst and Scrum/Program Associate with hands-on experience in agile delivery, client onboarding, and product quality validation. I translate business requirements into scalable solutions and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

At Voosh Food Technologies I created and managed Jira projects, built automations with Jira and Zapier, validated data ingestion with manual checks and SQL, and supported client onboarding by configuring modules and coordinating tasks.

Previously at Akrity Computing I acted as product owner for assigned modules, worked closely with founders, architects and developers to prioritize roadmaps, defined KPIs and data requirements, and led end-to-end testing, UAT and release coordination.

I bring technical acumen in REST APIs, databases and SQL, strong product tooling experience with Figma, Lucidchart, Confluence and Notion, and a track record of building user-focused projects like a CGPA calculator and a personal portfolio website.
