At DGTERA, I contribute to AI SaaS projects alongside my Odoo development work. On Sada, I contributed to product design, prompt engineering, and AI API integrations for an Arabic Google review-response prototype, and supported deployment-related tasks.
For urTwin, I reviewed HR AI assistant behavior, investigated issues, and implemented fixes to improve response reliability and workflow behavior. On Raqeeb, I contributed to an appeal-priority queue using PostgreSQL complaint data and investigated database migration and integration issues.
At DGTERA, I develop and maintain production Odoo modules using Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, and XML/QWeb. My work has included Inventory and Accounting enhancements, REST API integrations, and backend services.
Previously, at Sys Gates, I customized Odoo modules, workflows, reports, and integrations for clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. At Smart Medical, I contributed to SMART CASA, an automated semen-analysis system, using C#, .NET, SQL, MATLAB, and image/video processing.
