Maggie Page
@maggiepage
I am a psychology graduate skilled in behavioral therapy and data analysis.
What I'm looking for
I am a Psychology graduate with hands-on experience supporting children with ASD and developmental disorders using positive behavioral interventions. I focus on practical, data-driven approaches that improve outcomes for young clients.
In clinical practice I used Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports to manage challenging behaviors and provide 1:1 interventions, and I collaborated with behavioral specialists to create individualized plans. I designed an automated Excel spreadsheet that converted behavioral data into visual graphs, improving analysis efficiency for the therapy team.
Beyond clinical work, I developed processes for streamlined data collection and assisted with onboarding new staff to ensure consistent, high-quality notes and reporting. I also have experience managing safety, daily supervision, and activity planning in camp and youth settings.
I bring leadership from athletics—serving as a Division I team leader—where I coordinated large groups, advocated between athletes and staff, and fostered inclusive team culture. I am eager to apply my skills in behavioral therapy, data collection, and youth engagement in a collaborative, growth-oriented role.
