I’m a CPA with a Master of Science in Finance and deep grounding in auditing, accounting, governance, and finance standards. I bring a strong focus on integrity, up-to-date legislation/standards, and practical, results-oriented support to organizations and learners.
Since January 2026, I’ve served as Consulting Director for Epvate & Fortune International Consulting, while also teaching and facilitating Accounting, Auditing, Finance, and Taxation as a lecturer at St Augustine University of Tanzania (2008–2025). Alongside that, I’ve worked as a Consulting Senior Auditor (JITENG AND ANNE ASSOCIATES) from May 2018 to date, applying professional judgment to ensure quality assurance in audit and reporting.
Earlier roles shaped my leadership across academic and internal audit functions, including Head of Department Accountancy and Finance at St Augustine University of Tanzania (2009/10) and Departmental MBA & Postgraduate Coordinator (2008). I also held leadership positions at College of Business Education—Dar es Salaam, including Head of Internal Audit and Head of Accountancy, and I supported teaching in accounting, finance, taxation, auditing, and entrepreneurship (1997–2008).
I’ve also contributed through research and professional development: I’ve authored student manual work, published research on electronic banking evolution in Tanzania and CSR/good governance lessons, and supported supervision/marking as an internal or external moderator at multiple institutions. In parallel, I’ve delivered facilitation and training engagements, including part-time consultancy and lead training with the International Labour Organization (ILO), and supported curriculum and syllabus review activities.
