I've led People initiatives for approximately 400 employees at Navios South American Logistics, partnering with managers and senior leadership on workforce priorities, employee experience, performance, and organizational change.

I design practical HR systems that support business needs, including performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, salary structures, and benefits plans. I also use workforce KPIs such as retention, turnover, absenteeism, labor costs, overtime, and employee movements to help leaders make informed decisions.

Across Navios, Axxon Consulting, and logistics and maritime organizations, I've supported HR operations in Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, and Spain, including environments of nearly 1,000 employees. I've managed recruitment, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle processes, labor relations, collective bargaining, union negotiations, and restructurings.
