I’m a Finance Business Partner and Enterprise FP&A leader with 22 years of continuous growth within one organisation, retained and promoted through four ownership transitions—from Thomson Financial to Thomson Reuters, Refinitiv, and LSEG. I’m known for building performance visibility where it does not exist and translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.

I co-led expansion of the FP&A CoE from approximately 30 to 100 professionals within 12 months after the merger, and I helped deliver the $27Bn LSEG–Refinitiv integration. I supported forecasting, business case evaluation, scenario modelling, executive reporting, and governance of £854M of synergies, including defining how revenue synergies would be identified, measured, and reported.

I’ve driven finance transformation through KPI frameworks, KPI executive scorecards, and enterprise reporting improvements—such as designing a 30+ KPI Executive Scorecard adopted as the division’s governance framework and rationalising reporting volume by 49%. I also led Oracle EPM Cloud adoption and planning process standardisation, built Tableau and Pyramid Analytics reporting for a ~£3.8Bn portfolio, supported GTM Americas forecasting with a $200M+ baseline, and enabled self-service visibility through Pyramid Analytics while transitioning reporting from USD to GBP with no disruption.
