Mackenzie Alexander

I am a dedicated caregiver and customer-service professional with hands-on experience in assisted living, food service, and retail environments. I prioritize resident well-being, cleanliness, and effective communication while building trusting relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.

In my current role at an assisted living facility, I assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and engage residents in social activities to promote mental stimulation and comfort. I also maintain safe, organized living spaces and collaborate closely with nursing staff to report changes or concerns.

Previously I worked in deli and restaurant roles where I developed food preparation, sanitation, cash-handling, and customer-service skills. I adapt quickly, follow safety and hygiene protocols, and contribute positively to team workflow during busy periods.

I hold a high school diploma, a Food Handler Certification, and CPR & First Aid certification. I am authorized to work in the U.S. and am seeking roles where I can continue providing compassionate care and dependable service while growing my responsibilities.
