I'm looking for a data entry, CRM, lead generation, or data research role where I can maintain accurate records, build clean prospect databases, improve workflows, and support outreach and operations teams.

I've supported Opatrip as a Data Entry and CRM Manager, collecting leads from Google Maps, websites, and social platforms to build organized outreach databases.

I maintained CRM records for tour guides and tour operators across global markets, validating data, removing duplicates, and continuously updating records. I also collaborated with sales, operations, and management teams to improve CRM workflows, customer journeys, and operational efficiency.
