What I'm looking for

I’m focused on EU technology law, AI liability, market regulation, and compliance, and on turning complex legal risks into clear business strategy.

At Law & Innovation Lab (UniTo), I collaborate with AION Soft srl on regulatory mapping of Directives (EU) 2019/882 and 2016/2102 to establish compliance roadmaps for automated audits.

I evaluate legal liability and the evidentiary value of AI-generated accessibility declarations under WCAG 2.2 standards. I’ve also drafted legal briefs for corporate stakeholders on liability and importability under Italian and EU frameworks.

My legal work and studies focus on EU law, law and technology, corporate law, risk analysis, economic law, and intellectual property. My LLM thesis examines Article 24 of the Cyber Resilience Act from an open-source and innovation perspective.

At Salesiani Valdocco Italian Civil Service, I executed administrative procedures and maintained confidential institutional records, and led workshops on legal awareness, civic engagement, and diversity for multicultural groups.
