During my time at Amazon as a Learning Ambassador/PG/Associate, I gained valuable experience in various roles such as Problem Solve, small sorts, sort slide, lanes, mezzanine, air and truck induction, and the bays. I successfully covered for the Process Assistant and assisted the Operations Manager, showcasing my ability to adapt and take on additional responsibilities.
As a skilled trainer, I was a knowledgeable resource for other associates, providing support and answering questions. I am proud of my ability to effectively train and mentor others in a group setting and individually, contributing to the overall success of the team.
