At American University of Beirut, I manage the financial administration of donor-funded grants from award setup through close-out, including budgets, expenditure control, and donor compliance.
I record and reconcile donor receipts in Oracle AR, review expenses and advances, and prepare journal entries and reallocations. I also prepare financial reports for donors including UNICEF, UN Women, IDRC, NRC, IRC, and the EU.
Previously, at Lebanese American University, I prepared grant financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses, and monitored expenditures against donor requirements. My work has included supporting audits and managing grant-related accounting in Oracle.
