From 2018 to 2024, I worked as a Sports Therapist and Combat Medic with the Kenya Defence Forces Athletic Team, delivering sports massage, recovery therapy, first aid, and performance support.

I owned and operated Wendo Spa since 2023, providing professional mobile wellness services through comprehensive client assessments and treatment planning. I deliver Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and prenatal & postnatal massage—while maintaining strict hygiene, sanitation, and infection prevention standards.

As a qualified Clinical Nutritionist, I integrate nutrition and wellness into holistic client care through nutrition assessments, individualized nutrition care plans, and counseling for healthy eating, weight management, and disease prevention. My approach blends evidence-based sports therapy techniques with recovery education, including hydration, stretching, and injury prevention—so clients feel supported from assessment to outcomes.
