At Adamant Code, I lead AI and software projects from the first client conversation through launch and iteration. I start with the people who will use the product, build into their workflow, and stay involved through delivery.

For an engineering team, I helped deliver AI search that points to the exact page and paragraph behind each answer, cutting document search time by about 83% according to the client’s estimate. I’ve also built a real-time voice assistant inside a family app and an AI coach based on 25 years of coaching methodology.

I’ve run sales and discovery calls with founders, operators, and enterprise teams, and built internal systems for Adamant Code, including an MCP server with 58 tools. I’ve also hired and led a distributed delivery team and run sprint planning, reviews, and weekly client updates.

Before Adamant Code, I developed full-stack features at Kantun Devs, including for Dickey's Barbecue Pit’s online ordering system, and built tools across Metal Shark Boats Croatia’s ERP ecosystem. I started programming while working at sea as a marine engineer, and I’m now looking to focus fully on building AI that solves real problems, close to the people who use it.
