At MiGSO – PCUBED, I supported engineering change management activities for Stellantis serial production projects. As a PEPP (Panorama des Évolutions Produit Process) Pilot, I coordinated weekly cross-functional meetings and monitored actions, milestones, and open points.
I consolidated project data and status information from stakeholders and systems to support KPI reporting, project follow-up, and management visibility. I also prepared meeting minutes, tracked actions, and maintained project documentation to clarify ownership, deadlines, and follow-up.
Before that, I worked as a freelance Civil Engineer, developing structural, architectural, and fire protection engineering projects for residential and commercial clients. I coordinated project scope, budgets, schedules, and client communication across multiple projects.
Earlier, I developed engineering projects at Carneiro e Carneiro Eng. Civil Ltda. and assisted with project development, budgeting, scheduling, and site supervision as an Engineering Intern at Carnavalie Carneiro Eng. Civil Ltda. My education includes master's degrees in Environmental Technologies and Civil Engineering and Infrastructure, alongside a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
