I am an IT Operations Specialist with experience in technical support, IT asset control, infrastructure coordination, documentation, systems administration, and operational process management.

In my current role at an international courier and logistics company, I support the company’s technology environment by managing user support, corporate email accounts, workstations, printers, internal systems, documentation, provider coordination, DNS/domain-related tasks, and operational reporting. I am used to keeping technical and business information organized, accurate, and up to date.

I also work closely with logistics operations, which has allowed me to develop strong skills in tracking information, maintaining records, following up on pending cases, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring that operational processes are completed correctly.

My strengths are organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, documentation, and the ability to learn new tools quickly. I am comfortable working with spreadsheets, internal systems, support platforms, cloud-based tools, and structured workflows.

I am looking for a full-time remote role in IT Operations, IT Asset Management, Technical Support, Systems Administration, or Operations Support, where I can help maintain clean records, improve processes, and support technology-driven teams.
