Led, managed, and produced annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and customized KPI reports and dashboards for seven Healthcare Provider Services Companies. Managed two Senior Financial Analysts, training them in revenue forecasting using EMR/Revenue Cycle data and developing revenue drivers.

Prepared the Excel-based 2025 Company Budget financial model for presentation to the Board of Directors and Venture Capital partners. Developed a dynamic MS Excel Headcount forecasting financial model to accurately project Clinical Staffing needs.

Led the budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly close process for 21 Pediatric Practices across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Developed a Weekly KPI Flash Report using Power BI for 152 Clinical Locations in Florida.

Responsible for preparing quarterly budgets and weekly forecast updates for Cisco’s Enterprise Routing division, with an annual budget of $176MM. Prepared KPI and Operational Metric PPT Monthly presentations for the VP of Finance and Line General Managers.

Owned the production, update, and presentation of all RENUITY’s Divisional Subsidiaries Monthly Close Financial and Operating Reporting Decks. Presented Monthly Financial Results for Actual vs Budget/Forecast for 13 Divisional Operating Companies.

Led FP&A for VITAS Palliative Care Division, preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets of approximately $70MM. Developed a monthly VITAS Palliative Care KPI Scorecard, leading to the closure of 3 programs and saving approximately $2.5M.

Developed Revenue Cycle KPIs dashboard for C-Level Suite and Audax Private Equity, identifying non-performing contracts and improving margins. Took lead role in preparing the 2018 Annual Budget for the Company’s 21 clinics.

Developed the 2017 Operating Expense, Units & Revenue budget for the Company’s 12 practices across the United States. Developed a financial model with pivot tables for the reconciliation of Revenue and Operating Expenses from Microsoft Navision.

Updated and analyzed monthly Operating and Financial data of the Company's full-risk capitated health plan contracts, developing a Health Plan Performance Summary financial model. Led the annual 2016 budget effort in collaboration with the CFO and SVP of Finance.

Completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting. The program provided a strong foundation in financial management, accounting principles, and strategic decision-making.

Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Economics and Political Science. This interdisciplinary study provided a comprehensive understanding of economic theories, political systems, and their impact on society.
