What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise Identity Security, IAM, SAP Security, and GRC transformation programs where I can advise executive stakeholders, reduce cyber risk, strengthen compliance, and build scalable access-governance models.

I'm leading Identity Security, IAM, and SAP GRC transformation programs at Shield Security and Opensis, advising C-level stakeholders on access governance, regulatory compliance, and cyber risk reduction. I design and deliver Identity Governance frameworks using SailPoint and SAP GRC, including RBAC, segregation of duties, privileged access, and lifecycle governance.

Across Deloitte, Accenture, and other enterprise engagements, I've led teams of up to 25 professionals and managed security portfolios up to R$15M for multinational environments serving 10,000+ users. I translate ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT, and SOX requirements into practical governance models, KPI and SLA reporting, and board-ready risk-reduction roadmaps.
