At Universidad del Quindío, I supported workplace wellbeing in the Dirección de Gestión Humana. I helped plan and deliver training, assess institutional needs, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
At Centro Integral de Psicología, I evaluated individual and community needs, applied psychological tests, and provided crisis support. I also contributed to intervention plans, psychoeducation, and therapeutic techniques tailored to clients.
As a field psychosocial interviewer for INVIAS, I collected information and assessed socioeconomic conditions in vulnerable populations connected to infrastructure projects. I used psychosocial data collection methods while protecting confidentiality and analyzing community impact.
For PMA, I conducted field surveys with people affected by an earthquake to identify priority needs for humanitarian assistance and food security. I focused on accurate data collection and treated community members with empathy and respect.
