What I'm looking for

I’m interested in developing my career in recruitment and personnel selection, contributing organization, analysis, follow-up, and a commitment to continuous learning.

At Gobernación de Boyacá, I supported teachers working with students with disabilities and learning disorders, including guidance on Individual Plans for Reasonable Adjustments (PIAR) and Universal Design for Learning (DUA).
