Through True Access, I develop universal accessibility plans, studies, certifications, training, and technical advice for public administrations, companies, and disability-sector organisations. My work spans buildings, urban environments, transport, tourism, heritage, sports facilities, workplaces, retail, products, and services.
I’ve led technical criteria for the QIS All In Erasmus+ project and assessed more than 100 hostels for A More Accessible Way of St James. I also contribute to accessibility legislation, write technical guides and manuals, and teach accessibility, inclusion, and emergency planning.
